I have been experiencing constant diarrhea for the past day, which has occurred six times today. I suspect it might be due to eating something bad at midnight. I also feel nausea at times and have a poor appetite. I am 22 years old and have taken some Chinese medication for the diarrhea, but it has been ineffective. I have not seen a doctor or had any investigations done for this issue. What could be the cause, and what can I do to alleviate these symptoms?

Hello Dr. David, my 3.5 year old son started to have a 39°C fever and dry cough 5 days ago. We were managing with Tylenol, and this morning his temperature dropped to 37.4°C but he is still coughing badly. He couldn’t sleep well because of the coughing. I'm concerned that it may be pneumonia. He is not breathing fast though.

I have several issues including swollen feet and legs, a sore groin, an inflamed penis, blood in stools, a sore tongue and throat, and raspy lungs. I am 42 years old, 6 feet tall, and weigh 350 pounds. I had a bypass surgery in 2001 and a bleed in 2019, which led to anemia.
