My 89-year-old mother has a finger that looks unusual and itches. There is no pain, redness, or heat, and she can move her finger normally. Should I take her to a doctor to check for a bug bite, infection, or arthritis?

I have several issues including swollen feet and legs, a sore groin, an inflamed penis, blood in stools, a sore tongue and throat, and raspy lungs. I am 42 years old, 6 feet tall, and weigh 350 pounds. I had a bypass surgery in 2001 and a bleed in 2019, which led to anemia. What could be causing these symptoms and what investigations or treatments should I consider?

If 10 mg of Loratadine are not treating my allergies, can I take another 10 mg a few hours later, and if that doesn't help, would taking fluticasone propionate be a bad idea?

I would like a doctor to review my blood work. I'm confused as to why my absolute lymphocytes count is lower in my most recent blood work but the percentage is higher. Additionally, I want to understand why my MCH is low and if there are any other concerning findings in my blood work.

I need help reading MRI pictures of my shoulder. I have a CD with images and videos but no report. I've been experiencing pain and weakness for a month, which is why I had the MRI done. What can you tell from the images and videos?

I'm a 36-year-old male experiencing abdominal discomfort and mild pain that starts under my low ribs and travels down the sides of my abdomen. This has been happening on and off for about 8-10 weeks, typically in the morning and gone by noon. Cardio exercise helps alleviate the pain. There is no pressing pain, and symptoms might disappear for weeks at a time. Stool, urine, and BP are normal, and recent liver function blood tests were normal. No fever, thyroid is normal, and there is no family history of irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease. What could be causing this and what steps can I take to manage it?
