I have been experiencing diarrhea for nearly three months, despite taking Imodium, Buscopan, and Ciprofloxacin. I also had been on Metformin 1000mg since July 2013, but stopped recently. I still have watery rumbling in my belly and need to defecate immediately. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a pain under my heel that started with a little swelling on the right side and then moved to the left side and underneath the foot. The pain is mostly when walking and was about a 9 initially, but now it's around a 4. I'm 34 years old and recently walked up and down stairs a lot at work. I'm concerned it might be related to heart disease. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

Is it true that androgens get aromatized in fat cells and then are used up, or is the aromatization ongoing? If the latter, does this mean I need to worry about extra androgens in fat cells creating estrogen when I drink wine? Given that AI's work for women larger than me, does this mean the 25 mg dosage can cover 4 glasses of wine a day for a month? Also, why do obese women have issues with AI's and might need to consider tamoxifen? And finally, do female rats make androgens in their adrenals, and if not, why might this be relevant?

I have erectile dysfunction (ED) and have tried Viagra, Cialis, and another medication without success. I am currently on medications including canofaxing, lyrica, and others like adulation, asa81mg, levocarb, ativam, zopiclone, lipitor, metformin, landis, and humalog. I am not allergic to any medications and have not used my penis for 24 years. What investigations and treatments should I consider for ED?

I'm 16 and experiencing shortness of breath, trouble breathing, wheezing, tiredness, fatigue, lung pain when breathing, chronic coughing, sharp stabbing pains when coughing, coughing up blood in mucus, severe headaches, rapid and rough breathing, weakness, and loss of appetite. I've been smoking unfiltered cigarettes for 3 years and have been around secondhand smoke all my life. My symptoms are worsening, and I'm struggling to maintain a steady breathing rhythm, feeling dizzy and weak. What should I do, and what could be wrong with me?

My feet and ankles are swelling and turning purple and black. I went to the doctor 8 weeks ago with another problem, but showed him my feet and my blood pressure was 160/98. He just sent me home. I do not take any medications at this time, but I do take a lot of supplements. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the swelling?
