I'm a 60-year-old diabetic male. This morning I woke up feeling extra tired and weak. I experienced an intermittent vibrating sensation in my lower back/kidney area that felt like a heartbeat. I have been experiencing severe parasitic infestation for over 13 years, with symptoms including parasites coming out of my toenails, nose, eyes, and scalp, as well as in my ears, chest, and stomach.
