I have been experiencing headaches, insomnia, and persistent nausea for the past three days. I am a 50-year-old female, have taken ibuprofen and ginger for nausea, and have no other symptoms. The headaches may be related to working at a computer all day, as they are disrupting my sleep. The nausea is worse in the morning and late afternoon and sometimes occurs when I haven't slept well. What can I do to alleviate these symptoms?

I've had a cold for 6 days and the cough is getting worse, especially at night, making it hard to sleep. The cough was initially wet but now seems dry. I'm using Buckleys and am 46 years old. I'm fully vaccinated for COVID-19 but haven't had my last booster yet. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I have follow-up questions for Dr. Walker. I ordered a home urine sample test and found elevated protein levels. I might be dehydrated and have some inflammation. I also experience rib and back pain, and occasional nausea. How are these symptoms not indicative of multiple myeloma (MM)?

I wake up every night/morning with a sore throat and dry mouth. I tested negative for Sjogren's and take PPI and antacids but it makes no difference. I also have neck pain, IBS, trouble breathing with a tingling sensation in my chest, and very dry eyes. What could be wrong with me?

Is my blood slide abnormal? I’ve been really fatigued lately and I think I’m anemic.

I just wiped my rectum and found blood on the tissue paper. I am a 19-year-old male with no current medications, occasionally suffering from constipation, and experiencing anal discomfort and itching for the first time. What could be the cause and what should I do?
