I have been experiencing headaches, numbness/tingling in my hands, and pupil size differences for the past 5 and a half weeks. I had a CT scan, blood work, and an MRI, all of which came back normal. My headaches have mostly subsided, but I still have vision issues and pupil size variations. I've been seeing a chiropractor for back pain, and a neurologist prescribed Topiramate, which I can't tolerate due to side effects. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do next?

While using 3% hydrogen peroxide in a Netty pot, some of it migrated to my eye duct. Should I be worried? Vision is not affected. I am a 44-year-old healthy male with no medical history or current medications. A member of my household has Covid, so I was trying to prevent any possible virus in my nasal passages.
