Donna L. asked
I have been experiencing intermittent ringing in my ears, which occurs in one ear at a time and can switch between my left or right ear. During these episodes, my hearing in the affected ear diminishes briefly. Is this something to be concerned about, and how can I get it to stop?

I had a slight pain in my neck with a pinched nerve last March, which was treated with muscle relaxers and steroids. The issue recurred a month ago, and I rested it without seeing a doctor. Now, I need a doctor's note from January 21 to February 16 to return to work. What can I do to manage this condition and obtain the necessary documentation?

I have been experiencing left ear pressure, ringing, and a fluttering or vibrating sensation in my inner ear from certain sounds for about a month and a half. I had a bad head cold in October, and since then, my left ear has felt full of pressure and sometimes fluid. I've been to the clinic multiple times, had ear wax cleaned, and been on various medications, including antibiotics and Zyrtec, but the pressure and vibration persist. My ear drum is bulging, and there is fluid behind it. Should I be concerned about the urgency of this situation, and how long can the Eustachian tube stay blocked?

I'm a 30-year-old male in perfect health with no symptoms, but my stools are type 4 on the Bristol stool chart and are flat with normal width. They are sometimes more round. Is this normal?
