My 14-year-old daughter was on Depo-Provera for around a year and stopped in August due to lack of insurance. Since then, her periods have become prolonged (16 days without stopping), leading to fatigue, anxiety, and emotional instability. She recently had a UTI and is not sleeping or eating well, which is affecting her school performance and increasing her anxiety. Her tiredness has been getting worse, and she occasionally takes low doses of melatonin, which sometimes causes headaches. She is generally healthy with a few allergies and a family history of female cancer and emphysema. What can we do to manage her condition until we can get her to a doctor in December?

I have been getting pimples on my upper body, particularly on the right side. They are pink and white-ish in color and are forming around an older, larger pimple that I scraped, causing it to get infected. I took medication for it, which calmed it down, but the old pimple and new ones are still there. The old pimple on my shoulder feels weak when touched, and it feels like there is a hole under it due to me forcing the pus out. What could this be, and what should I do?

My brother had a brain stem stroke and is now in a coma. He has been showing spontaneous movements like head movement and pain stimuli in his leg and foot. It's been three weeks since the stroke. How long does it usually take to come out of a coma after a stroke, and if he doesn't recover after another week, what should be the next step?
