I have been getting pimples on my upper body, particularly on the right side. They are pink and white-ish in color and are forming around an older, larger pimple that I scraped, causing it to get infected. I took medication for it, which calmed it down, but the old pimple and new ones are still there. The old pimple on my shoulder feels weak when touched, and it feels like there is a hole under it due to me forcing the pus out. What could this be, and what should I do?

My brother had a brain stem stroke and is now in a coma. He has been showing spontaneous movements like head movement and pain stimuli in his leg and foot. It's been three weeks since the stroke. How long does it usually take to come out of a coma after a stroke, and if he doesn't recover after another week, what should be the next step?

I had unprotected sex a week ago and started to get itchy the next day on my vulva, specifically on the flap part inside, not directly on my vagina. There's no rash, but it's red, sore, and burning, especially on the skin next to the labia majora where hair grows. It also hurts to pee at first but then it's fine. Is it possible it could be an STD, or is it more likely a yeast infection or folliculitis?

I have fibromyalgia and am experiencing pain in my hip radiating under my right butt cheek, lower back pain radiating to the left and towards the center, and a shock-like sensation in my lower back every 3-7 minutes. I also feel fluid sacs pushing against my spine. I've had 11 spinal fusions between 2007-2015 on my L5-S1 due to equipment failure and disc failure from a war injury. I've been using Oxycodone 15mg, Phentanyl 25mcg, and trigger point injections for 17 years. I also have PTSD, 3 cervical fusions, and 2 total knee replacements on my left knee. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
