I have fibromyalgia and am experiencing pain in my hip radiating under my right butt cheek, lower back pain radiating to the left and towards the center, and a shock-like sensation in my lower back every 3-7 minutes. I also feel fluid sacs pushing against my spine. I've had 11 spinal fusions between 2007-2015 on my L5-S1 due to equipment failure and disc failure from a war injury. I've been using Oxycodone 15mg, Phentanyl 25mcg, and trigger point injections for 17 years. I also have PTSD, 3 cervical fusions, and 2 total knee replacements on my left knee. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I have been off antidepressants for 3 months now and the sexual side effects did not resolve. I took Lexapro 20mg and experienced genital anesthesia. I switched to Trintellix and Vybrid, which improved sensitivity but did not fully restore it. I am worried that these side effects might be permanent. What could be the cause, and how long can it take for these side effects to resolve?

Had an ablation yesterday and now my shoulder blades are very painful, and I am throwing up phlegm. The pain is constant, sharp, and stabbing. I also got a pacemaker two weeks ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I had LINX surgery and hiatal hernia repair on February 23, 2021, and was previously diagnosed with GERD L4 and chest pain. I had gastric sleeve surgery in 2016 and was doing well post-LINX surgery with no GERD symptoms. However, I am now experiencing severe GERD with right-sided chest pain and aspiration of gastric juices upon waking up in the morning. Is something wrong or is this normal? I am having no problem swallowing, but I can feel it open and close without pain. What should I do?
