Had an ablation yesterday and now my shoulder blades are very painful, and I am throwing up phlegm. The pain is constant, sharp, and stabbing. I also got a pacemaker two weeks ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I had LINX surgery and hiatal hernia repair on February 23, 2021, and was previously diagnosed with GERD L4 and chest pain. I had gastric sleeve surgery in 2016 and was doing well post-LINX surgery with no GERD symptoms. However, I am now experiencing severe GERD with right-sided chest pain and aspiration of gastric juices upon waking up in the morning. Is something wrong or is this normal? I am having no problem swallowing, but I can feel it open and close without pain. What should I do?

My daughter has a traumatic brain injury (TBI) from the war in Iraq. She is now retired and received an implant to aid her headaches in February. Recently, she has started becoming hysterical and screaming at family members who don't agree with her. This behavior is becoming a habit, and we are trying to ignore it to avoid agitating her. What concerns us is the potential damage to her from the implant. Her hysteria gets out of control, and she has screaming tantrums and slams doors. Please help. She refuses to admit she needs additional help or to see a counselor, and we are seen as antagonists by her. What should we do?
