My daughter has a traumatic brain injury (TBI) from the war in Iraq. She is now retired and received an implant to aid her headaches in February. Recently, she has started becoming hysterical and screaming at family members who don't agree with her. This behavior is becoming a habit, and we are trying to ignore it to avoid agitating her. What concerns us is the potential damage to her from the implant. Her hysteria gets out of control, and she has screaming tantrums and slams doors. Please help. She refuses to admit she needs additional help or to see a counselor, and we are seen as antagonists by her. What should we do?

Lately, I have been experiencing shortness of breath, particularly after climbing stairs, bending over to put on shoes or socks, or during short walks. This has worsened in the last two weeks. I do not take any specific medication for this, but I am 72 years old, had a quad bypass 20 years ago, am overweight, have rheumatoid arthritis, experienced atrial fibrillation, the flu, and pneumonia last year, and take several medications daily. I also use a CPAP machine nightly. My wife tested negative for COVID-19 this week, but I have not been tested yet. I live in East Lyme, CT, which is in a red zone for COVID-19. Should I see my heart doctor or pulmonary doctor?
