Lately, I have been experiencing shortness of breath, particularly after climbing stairs, bending over to put on shoes or socks, or during short walks. This has worsened in the last two weeks. I do not take any specific medication for this, but I am 72 years old, had a quad bypass 20 years ago, am overweight, have rheumatoid arthritis, experienced atrial fibrillation, the flu, and pneumonia last year, and take several medications daily. I also use a CPAP machine nightly. My wife tested negative for COVID-19 this week, but I have not been tested yet. I live in East Lyme, CT, which is in a red zone for COVID-19. I have reason to believe that I have reflux or GERD. My stomach and heart felt like burning, now it's mainly my stomach. I feel like it was hard for me to breathe, and my stomach has been making noises like if I was lactose intolerant and drank milk all day. My feet have also been clammy a lot lately, and this happened a few days after having COVID-19. I don't know what to do or if it's related to that. Can you help?

I'm 34 years old, usually get sinus infections every year, work long hours on my phone, and recently got a new iPhone. My grandmother had high blood pressure, but mine is always normal. What could this be?
