I think this mole is changing. Maybe I'm just freaking out due to hypochondria. I've had two other doctors say it's okay, but I'm still concerned. Is there anything concerning about this mole, or is it just a normal variation?

He is only 4 years old and was prescribed oxybutynin for an overactive bladder. Should I take him to the ER or wait it out if there’s not much that can be done?
