I have been experiencing low venous blood oxygen saturation levels for the past 2-3 months, along with symptoms such as headache, fatigue, heart palpitations, and bluish face that improves with deep breathing. I am 40 years old, have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, a history of Covid-19 infection, and am currently taking Metoprolol 50 mg per day for heart palpitations. What could be causing these symptoms and what further tests or consultations should I consider?

I have been taking Vyvanse for the past 5 months. My 20 mg dosage is starting to feel like it’s not working, would it be possible to up my dosage or would it be safe to take an extra 20 mg?

I'm experiencing a strange sensation during urination, which feels sensitive between the testicles and penis. I also have a sensation to urinate but don't need to. This started recently and I've been urinating more often. I have no history of UTIs or prostate issues, but I did have sex with my wife who uses artificial lubricant, and I've been using antibacterial hand soap. Additionally, I've been having frequent bowel movements due to an upset stomach. What could be causing this and what should I do?

Can a prosthesis become impinged, and is an impingement different from a loose hip? I fell and have been in terrible pain since, with a third prosthesis and a rod zip-tied to it. I've had a CT scan that showed no looseness, but there is swelling, discoloration, and fluid collection along the incision site.
