I have been experiencing migraines since suffering whiplash in a 2018 auto accident, accompanied by severe photophobia, dizziness, and cognitive issues. My MRIs show low-lying cerebellar tonsils, and I have tried various treatments including Amerge, CoQ10, Magnesium, and Riboflavin, but they worsened my headaches. Currently, I use Claritin-D 12-Hour and either ibuprofen or Tylenol, which sometimes help. My neurologist believes these are post-accident migraines, but I'm seeking a second opinion. Could these symptoms be related to something more serious, like Chiari I malformation, or am I just suffering from migraines?

I have been experiencing post ovulation/coital bleeding for 3 days and am unsure how to get this examined and how to stop the bleeding. The bleeding has been stable and not getting worse. I am not using any medications and am 37 years old. I had a pap smear and pelvic ultrasound a year ago, which showed small fibroids, but they were considered non-issue at the time.

I have a tear in my vagina from rough sex. I'm in a fair bit of pain and the last 24 hours I've been bedridden with muscle aches and dizziness. I'm worried they're connected. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do to manage and heal the tear?

I'm 19 years old and have been experiencing difficulty maintaining an erection for about a year, which started after I had an STD. I'm not on any medications and have no allergies. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

Could the amount of salt (pretending it is cocaine) shown in the photo cause a heart attack, cardiac arrest, heart arrhythmia, or vasoconstriction in a healthy individual, and is it equivalent to a couple of energy drinks?

I had a D&C in March and still have not had my period. I am using high blood pressure medication and estrogen. I am 40 years old and had a fibroid removed. I also had an embryo transfer in November 2020 which didn't take, and I got pregnant naturally afterward. What should I do to regulate my period and increase my chances of getting pregnant?
