I have been experiencing pain when swallowing for several months, which I initially dismissed as not serious. Given my history of bulimia and concerns about Barrett's esophagus and esophageal cancer, I am worried about the potential risks and whether my symptoms could indicate a serious condition. Additionally, I have been experiencing other symptoms such as gurgling noises in my stomach and chest, excessive flatulence, difficulty burping, a feeling of something stuck in my chest, and occasional heartburn despite being on omeprazole and gaviscon. Could these symptoms be related to GERD or anxiety, and what should I do next?

Is it possible to sprain your foot and not know you did it until pain and swelling starts? My foot hurt about two days ago, and I was slightly limping at work, it was excruciating, just a twinge that was very uncomfortable. Yesterday, I was limping a lot less, almost not at all. This morning I woke up and barely walk, it’s very swollen all on the top of foot, and it’s gotten worse throughout the day. There is nothing that I can think of that I did to injure myself.

I’m pregnant and very sick with hyperemesis gravidarum. I ran out of Ondansetron today and need a script. How many weeks am I? I think I'm 6-8 weeks. I have 2 other children and am unable to function right now. I'm not taking any other medications or vitamins and have no underlying health conditions. What can I do to manage my nausea and get a prescription for Ondansetron?

A 66-year-old person, recently discharged from the hospital after a week-long stay for pneumonia and a mini stroke, is experiencing a sharp pain and burning sensation in their upper right-side back. They are able to breathe normally otherwise. Should they go to the ER, or can this wait for a scheduled doctor's appointment on Tuesday? Additionally, could the higher dosage of blood thinners prescribed during the hospital stay be causing the back pain?
