I’m pregnant and very sick with hyperemesis gravidarum. I ran out of Ondansetron today and need a script. How many weeks am I? I think I'm 6-8 weeks. I have 2 other children and am unable to function right now. I'm not taking any other medications or vitamins and have no underlying health conditions. What can I do to manage my nausea and get a prescription for Ondansetron?

A 66-year-old person, recently discharged from the hospital after a week-long stay for pneumonia and a mini stroke, is experiencing a sharp pain and burning sensation in their upper right-side back. They are able to breathe normally otherwise. Should they go to the ER, or can this wait for a scheduled doctor's appointment on Tuesday? Additionally, could the higher dosage of blood thinners prescribed during the hospital stay be causing the back pain?

I have intense itching on my arms and hands that has spread from my arms to my hands, palms, and fingers. I have scratched so much that I have scabs and little holes in my skin. My face had a rash that looked like extremely dry skin, which went away after using exederm and cerave for eczema flareups, but my arms and hands still itch. The itchiness occurs during the day, after waking up, and sometimes at night. My skin looks dry and I have poor blood circulation, chronic anemia, and edema in my lower right leg. What could this be and what can I do to alleviate the itching?

I had a leg bypass that was aborted in October, and the wound on my calf still hasn't healed. I haven't been able to walk since, and I have swelling on my ankle and a bad pulse in my ankle. I've been using Dakin's solution for wound care, but it hasn't been effective. What should I do to help the wound heal and improve my ability to walk?

I am having small bumps on my scalp that go away but keep coming back. They don't itch but can get a little sore, and the first bump was red. I am 67 years old and take medications for high blood pressure and cholesterol. What is causing this and what can I do about stopping them?

I have written more about the emotional and mental abuse I endured while I was married to him. I left him in 2017 and I still have panic attacks and flashbacks from what he did to me. What can be done to help me cope with these ongoing effects of the abuse?
