I have been experiencing red mucus in my stool and occasional bleeding from hemorrhoids for the past 8 weeks. I have consulted multiple doctors, including emergency room doctors and my general practitioner, who have all diagnosed me with hemorrhoids. However, I have severe anxiety and am concerned about the possibility of a more serious condition. Should I trust the diagnosis of hemorrhoids, and what additional steps can I take to manage my symptoms and anxiety?

Last night my left calf had a terrible charlie horse. I stretched it out and heated it. Veins seem to have popped out. It looks slightly bruised. I walked 4 miles on it with no problem. It is tender when I stretch it. I am already taking plavix 75 mg for cardiac stents. Could it be a blood clot?
