I just had shoulder surgery. Can I take 2 Tylenol together with 1 hydromorphone pill for the pain? The pain started the day after surgery, February 4, and it comes and goes, sometimes being sharp or stabbing. I am currently taking hydromorphone and Tylenol for pain, along with carbamazepine (600 mg), pantoprazole (40 mg), and escitalopram. I am 49 years old and have no known liver or kidney issues.

I was diagnosed with severe dry eye syndrome in my left eye. Could these symptoms be related to the CT scan findings, or are they more likely due to my eye condition?
