I have been experiencing severe abdominal cramping and constipation for about 3 days. I have used laxatives, but they have not provided significant relief. I am also experiencing random sharp stabbing pains in my left testicle, which sometimes radiate up to my lower abdomen. I am concerned about possible fecal impaction or partial bowel obstruction, and whether the constipation could be causing the testicle pain. What should I do to alleviate these symptoms and should I be concerned about the testicle pain?

I have had a pain below my right shoulder blade and ribs (back side) for about a week. Sometimes it causes shortness of breath or hurts to inhale. I've tried some over-the-counter medication, and the pain also feels like it wraps around my shoulder blade at times. I had it a while ago and went to urgent care where they took X-rays of my ribs and said they were fine. What could be causing this pain and what should I do about it?

I am having a swelling in my testicles that has been constant for almost 2 months. It only hurts if I sit a certain way or lay on my stomach. I don't recall unprotected sex or any injury in the last couple months, but I am concerned it could be related to how I choose to masturbate. The swelling seems to decrease when I take hot showers.
