I have been experiencing severe abdominal cramping and constipation for about 3 days. I have used laxatives, but they have not provided significant relief. I am also experiencing random sharp stabbing pains in my left testicle, which sometimes radiate up to my lower abdomen. I am concerned about possible fecal impaction or partial bowel obstruction, and whether the constipation could be causing the testicle pain. What should I do to alleviate these symptoms and should I be concerned about the testicle pain?
