I have had a pain below my right shoulder blade and ribs (back side) for about a week. Sometimes it causes shortness of breath or hurts to inhale. I've tried some over-the-counter medication, and the pain also feels like it wraps around my shoulder blade at times. I had it a while ago and went to urgent care where they took X-rays of my ribs and said they were fine. What could be causing this pain and what should I do about it?

I am having a swelling in my testicles that has been constant for almost 2 months. It only hurts if I sit a certain way or lay on my stomach. I don't recall unprotected sex or any injury in the last couple months, but I am concerned it could be related to how I choose to masturbate. The swelling seems to decrease when I take hot showers. What could be causing this swelling and what should I do about it?

I have had swollen feet and legs for nine months, with the left leg being more swollen than the right. The doctor is conducting an MRV of my pelvis and abdomen and a catheter Venogram of my vena cava. What could these tests reveal that might explain my leg swelling?

Since deciding to be abstinent until working on my anxiety, I wanted to know if deep-open mouth kissing carries any risk of HIV transmission, even while taking PrEP. Additionally, my insurance did not cover Truvada, so I was prescribed 300mg Tenofovir and 200mg Emtricitabine. Are these medications as effective as Truvada for PrEP?
