I have been experiencing severe abdominal pain and backache for 14 days, which I suspect might be due to fibroids since I had uterine artery embolization. I am concerned about the dependency on painkillers, as I have been taking them regularly for the past four months. My doctors have prescribed painkillers and advised me to wait until my appointment at the end of the month. All infections and blood tests have come back negative, leading me to believe the pain might be due to fibroid shrinking. How long will this pain last, and should I continue to rely on painkillers? Are there any long-term side effects from the medications I am taking, which include Celecoxib 100mg, trimodal 50mg, penadol 500mg, and temgesic s/l tab 0.2mg?

I have a bump (growth?) on my anus. I'm wondering what it could be, how to get rid of it, and what to do about it.

I've been experiencing headaches for 3 months, face numbness, sweating, body odor change, pins and needles in arms, weak arms, and I'm concerned about a possible stroke or brain tumor. I had an MRI that showed nothing, but I've been told I might have a B12 deficiency. What could be causing these symptoms?

I tested positive for Lyme disease antibody igg41, but my primary care doctor said there's nothing to be concerned about. However, I'm experiencing muscle twitching. Is this something concerning, and what type of doctor should I see?
