I tested positive for Lyme disease antibody igg41, but my primary care doctor said there's nothing to be concerned about. However, I'm experiencing muscle twitching. Is this something concerning, and what type of doctor should I see?

I'm a 36-year-old female experiencing persistent dull pain under my left breast and on my left arm for months. I've had normal X-rays and ECGs, occasional heartburn, and episodes of chest pain. I also hear cracking sounds from my chest occasionally. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have been experiencing persistent vaginal itching for about 6 months, which seems to return even after using Monistat for yeast infections. The itching is accompanied by a burning sensation, especially after using the restroom or drying off with a towel. There is no abnormal discharge or foul odor, and no significant redness or swelling. I am 30 years old, sexually active with one partner, and was previously diagnosed with herpes but have never had an outbreak. What could be causing this persistent itching, and what can I do to alleviate it?
