I am a 55-year-old female who fell 8 days ago on my right knee. I have bruising from above my knee to the bottom of my foot, and my leg's swelling is not going down. I have been icing it when I'm home and using Biofreeze 3 times a day. I noticed that the knee, where there is an open wound, and halfway down my shin is warm, and if I press on my leg, an indentation stays for a while. Should I be concerned? I have noticed over the last several years that my penis is curving downward when erect and appears to be shorter. In the last 3 months, I have started experiencing pain during erections and intercourse, especially when wearing a condom. The pain is mostly constant while erect, dull around the base of the head, and becomes sharper with a condom and after intercourse. I am 46 years old, circumcised since age 18 due to a tight foreskin, and have not noticed any palpable lumps. What could be causing this and what should I do?
