I have been experiencing symptoms such as transient high blood pressure, high normal pulse, dizziness, headaches, and visual disturbances like flashes and floaters. My doctor prescribed a low-dose beta blocker, but I had adverse reactions. My recent echo revealed diastolic dysfunction at level 2. I am concerned about the impact of stress on my CRP levels and how to manage my condition. What can I do to improve my diastolic dysfunction and manage my stress effectively?

I have an underactive thyroid and have been taking 150mg of medication daily for 15 years. Despite a healthy diet, I have been steadily gaining weight and find it difficult to lose weight. What could be causing this, and is my medication dose considered low or high? My diet typically includes fiber cereal for breakfast, soup or salad for lunch, and a hot meal for dinner. I also exercise regularly with my dog.
