I have been experiencing tension headaches, and I am worried they might be a sign of an impending stroke. I have not used any medication for this. I am a 25-year-old male with no major medical history issues in my family. The headaches have occurred during sexual intercourse, after using a narcotic, and after using a neti pot with tea leaves. I also have a history of sinus issues from breaking my nose when I was 6 years old. How can I be sure these are tension headaches and not something else, and what should I do to relieve the pain?
