I have been experiencing tingling in my spine for the past week, along with intermittent sharp nerve pains, a feeling of a pulse in my back, and confusion. The tingling is constant, while the sharp pain comes and goes. I also have chest, pelvic, and abdominal pain, gas, bloating, and numbness in my tongue and throat. I have a history of taking Adderall, cephexalin, and alcohol consumption. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do about them?

I feel like a pocket of saliva is behind my uvula, causing me to clear my throat often and sometimes feel like I'm choking, especially after eating or laying down. I have been sneezing more than usual, which I think is due to allergies. I don't have shortness of breath or fever, and my breathing isn't affected. I've been feeling this way for a month and it's concerning because I've never experienced this before. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I had COVID 3 weeks ago and now I'm experiencing sharp pain in my left side at the back and below my heart, which goes away when I take paracetamol. I have no fever or coughing. How can I upload a photo here, and what could be causing this pain?

I had vaginal sex with a sex worker using double condoms, which appeared intact when filled with water. Her vaginal fluid might have touched my scrotal skin and thighs, but the skin looked intact. I immediately washed the condoms with water and soap before removing them and took a complete bath within 30 minutes. There was also a dry kiss. Afterward, I started PEP (Truvada and Isentress) at 17th hour and 61st hour, respectively, and completed the 30-day course. It's been 48 days with no symptoms. What are the chances of HIV transmission and other STDs, and can I have intercourse with my wife without protection?
