I have been experiencing tiredness for nearly 2 years, initially thought to be due to sleep apnea, but recently diagnosed with stage 3A chronic kidney disease (CKD) in April 2023. My current glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is 55, and my doctor suggests a 'wait and see' approach. I am concerned about the progression of CKD and wonder if starting treatment like Farxiga in the earlier stages could prevent it from advancing to stage 4. What would you recommend?

Is it safe to take 10 mg of Valium and 5-325 mg of hydrocodone/acetaminophen together as prescribed by my doctor for a quick, in-office procedure while I'm awake? If I'm too scared to risk it, are there other pain options comparable to this combination, such as a higher dose of Advil or Tylenol? How long will these drugs stay in my system, and should I be concerned about risks or side effects when I go home?

I just had a breast reduction on the 19th of this month. I just got my drains removed and I'm noticing a soft skin forming on the left breast. It looks like it could be a keloid (never had a keloid in my life). I'm wondering if it will fade while healing? Is it a keloid or something else?
