I have been experiencing various health issues over the past three months, including burning sensations, numbness, tingling, cramping, and twitching in different parts of my body. I had an MRI that showed multiple foci of high T2 and flair signal intensity, suspicious for a demyelinating process like multiple sclerosis. My neurologist initially dismissed these findings, suggesting carpal tunnel syndrome. What could be causing these symptoms, and should I be concerned about ALS or other conditions?

Genital warts: Is it possible to return to normal? Can the immune system keep it under control? How contagious is it when there are no signs of warts? What is the average time frame for the warts to disappear if at all? I am male and my warts are small and hard to see, with six visible but no texture. Should I use treatment offered by a doctor right away or wait it out? Does the virus ever disappear, and am I contagious 100% of the time?
