I have been experiencing various symptoms including chest pain, left arm pain, irregular periods, acidity, and a wet cough and cold. My EKG shows an RSR pattern in V1, and I have iron deficiency and increased potassium levels. What should I do for these issues, and are there any medications or lifestyle changes I should consider?
