I have been suffering from a sore throat, cough, and feeling hot and cold for the last 5 days. I have a rescue pack for chest infections due to emphysema. I have been using steroid tablets and antibiotics, but I still feel unwell. I am 80 years old and on multiple medications. What should I do?

Hi, my doctor prescribed for me Betolvex; but I live in Kuwait & they do not have it. They here have Neurobion (I am not sure of the spelling). Is this the same as Betolvex? tx

I have pain every 5-6 days, lasting about 10 seconds in the testicular region. The pain is sharp and also towards the back of the balls, near the vein. Can pee normally. The pain sometimes travels to the anal area. What could be the cause of this pain?
