I have pain every 5-6 days, lasting about 10 seconds in the testicular region. The pain is sharp and also towards the back of the balls, near the vein. Can pee normally. The pain sometimes travels to the anal area. What could be the cause of this pain?

I have had more infections this year than ever from cellulitis developing on my nose, which now seems to have recurred. My right side is pronounced with swelling up onto my jaw line and a bump in one location.
