I have chronic dryness in my mouth and nose, and I am always tired. I have used nose lubricants and lip balms for the dryness, but I don't know what to do about the fatigue. I have seen a general doctor who found inflammation in my body. I took Accutane for almost 6 months, and these problems started 4 years after I stopped taking it. What could be causing these symptoms, and what tests or treatments should I consider?
