I’m using Super quad mix 60 units and I only get 3/4 of an erection. It’s also difficult to ejaculate. This has been happening most of the time for about a year. I had radiation treatment for prostate cancer. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

My girlfriend and I had sex on December 26th, but I never ejaculated inside her. She took two emergency contraceptive pills (ECP) on December 28th. Her expected period was on January 2nd, but she started having blood spots on January 4th and bleeding on January 5th, which she described as scary bleeding. After that, she had no bleeding but experienced lower abdominal pain, which has now subsided. She is 26 years old and was very stressed during this time. Is there anything to worry about? Are there any signs of pregnancy?

I was prescribed aspirin to thin my blood while in Mexico. I took one 100mg tablet, but the next day I had blood in my stool, so I stopped taking it. Am I okay to stop taking the aspirin, and should I be concerned about a headache today?

I'm concerned about liver cirrhosis. My bloodwork is normal, and an ultrasound showed a subtle increase in echotexture possibly due to fatty liver and an increase in liver echogenicity. My liver measures 14.9 cm. My symptoms are occasionally itchy skin, sometimes right abdomen pain, and red palms. Could I have decompensated liver cirrhosis with these symptoms? Should I see a hepatologist?

I've had a sore throat for 2 1/2 weeks now. I had a cold the first week but those symptoms have gone away except for the sore throat. There's also some pain/clogged ears going on. The sore throat comes and goes, only hurts when I swallow, and is an achy pain, not stingy. It hurts more on the sides of my throat and into my ears. I use Tylenol for the throat pain maybe once a day and am on Nexplanon for birth control. I'm 36 years old and smoke. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?
