I have difficulty passing stool without putting pressure on the surrounding skin of the anus, even with soft stool and after taking a laxative. It never feels like I've completely emptied my bowels, and wiping afterward never seems clean. What could be the cause and what should I do?

I tore my meniscus in an accident 40 years ago, and the knee pain got progressively worse over the years, from clicking to not being able to walk up stairs. I am now diagnosed with osteoarthritis and have a torn meniscus. Could this possibly be related to the accident which I fell and hung onto a ladder by my foot twisting my leg?

I am 55 with an underactive thyroid, taking 125 mcg of Levothyroxine and 20 mg of Omeprazole for gut issues. I recently had a metallic taste in my mouth after dental fillings, which has led to excessive saliva production. I am also under significant stress due to personal and professional life changes. Could these symptoms be related to my medications, stress, or thyroid levels?

I have been taking hydrocodone throughout my entire pregnancy, quitting two weeks ago. I am 36 weeks pregnant and want to know if my baby will be delivered without withdrawal symptoms since I wouldn't have had the medication for a month before delivery. I was only taking 7-14 mg a day, tapering to 5mg daily, and now I'm off of them.

I have been diagnosed with PBC and AIH. I'm on ursodiol and azathioprine, and while there are improvements in AST/ALT, there's no change in Hep/1. I constantly feel fatigued, have a low-grade headache, slight nausea, need to sleep every 3-4 hours, and sleep poorly due to a urinary problem. I feel like I have the flu and take 9 medications plus 4 eyedrops. I've had a corneal transplant and am trying to control eye pressure. What should I do?
