I have diverticulosis and am experiencing pain in my colon. Should I see a doctor? The pain has been constant burning and tenderness for about 6 days, with no medication used. A recent colonoscopy showed diverticulosis, and the pain initially seemed like diverticulitis but I'm not sure now.

Two days ago, I was unable to urinate for 24 hours, went to the ER where a catheter was done and my potassium was found to be 2.7. I was given a dose of potassium, sent home, and prescribed 20 meqs of potassium twice a day. My urine flow is now small and slow, and I have back pain. I am very thirsty and uncomfortable. What should I do until I can see a specialist on Monday?

These are my recent labs. Any concerns? I am a 63-year-old male taking hydrochlorothiazide, nadadol, losartan for blood pressure, Crestor, antidepressants, and Valium. I have no thyroid issues. What causes low sodium, and is it heart-related? Should I increase sodium intake, and can lower sodium levels create problems down the road? What about carbon dioxide and chloride levels?

I threw up everything I ate yesterday and this morning, and also vomited yellow liquid. I don't feel sick, just have a headache, not a migraine. I fell three weeks ago and had 10 stitches in the back of my head. I have been falling lately due to neuropathy. What could be causing this and should I see a doctor?

Is there an available external pacemaker instead of a surgically implanted one, considering I am a former cancer patient and need an MRI every 6 months?

I have a rash that is both itchy and very painful, and it seems to be spreading. I have a complex medical history, including either lupus or MCTD due to high ANA and RNP levels. I was also diagnosed with shingles, strep, and ear infections by a walk-in clinic. I was given a ZPack and Valtrex but told they might not help much. I'm in a lot of pain, and everything hurts, including touching any part where the skin is broken out. I have lived with psoriasis for 25 years, but this rash hurts more. How can I alleviate the pain, soothe my throat, and determine if I should see my rheumatologist or neurologist? Should I go to the ER when I'm this uncomfortable?
