These are my recent labs. Any concerns? I am a 63-year-old male taking hydrochlorothiazide, nadadol, losartan for blood pressure, Crestor, antidepressants, and Valium. I have no thyroid issues. What causes low sodium, and is it heart-related? Should I increase sodium intake, and can lower sodium levels create problems down the road? What about carbon dioxide and chloride levels?

I have a rash that is both itchy and very painful, and it seems to be spreading. I have a complex medical history, including either lupus or MCTD due to high ANA and RNP levels. I was also diagnosed with shingles, strep, and ear infections by a walk-in clinic. I was given a ZPack and Valtrex but told they might not help much. I'm in a lot of pain, and everything hurts, including touching any part where the skin is broken out. I have lived with psoriasis for 25 years, but this rash hurts more. How can I alleviate the pain, soothe my throat, and determine if I should see my rheumatologist or neurologist? Should I go to the ER when I'm this uncomfortable?

I am 77 years old and over the last few months, my feet have gotten harder on the bottom. There is no pain, but it's not as easy to walk on hard surfaces. I have not used any medication for this and my primary physician was not too concerned. I take pills for blood pressure and cholesterol, and I also take medication for UTI due to an accident years ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?
