I have had 3 miscarriages in the last 6 months, all ending by 7 weeks. I recently took a pregnancy test and got a positive digital result, but my blood HCG levels came back at 0.5. How can I have a positive urine test with such low HCG levels? Could I still be pregnant? What are my chances that the urine tests are correct and my blood HCG will rise? If I miscarry again, what are my options after 4 miscarriages? No doctor will investigate what is going on.

My boyfriend has a terrible internal itch under his scrotum that he can't stop scratching. The creams prescribed by doctors aren't helping because the itch isn't on the surface. What could be causing this internal itch and which specialist should he see for help?

I am a 36-year-old male with several symptoms suggesting a possible testosterone deficiency, including slow beard growth, minimal muscle growth despite regular exercise, weight gain when not exercising, and a low sex drive. Is it possible that a deficiency could be the cause of my issues, and if so, how is it determined and treated?

Would they be able to determine if I have cancer in the emergency room, given that I have a lump diagnosed as possibly a sebaceous cyst, a persistent cough for 3-4 weeks, and breast pain that my OBGYN thinks might be a cyst? Additionally, I took two HIV tests, one at 4.5 months and one a week before 6 months, both negative. Can these results be conclusive?
