Would they be able to determine if I have cancer in the emergency room, given that I have a lump diagnosed as possibly a sebaceous cyst, a persistent cough for 3-4 weeks, and breast pain that my OBGYN thinks might be a cyst? Additionally, I took two HIV tests, one at 4.5 months and one a week before 6 months, both negative. Can these results be conclusive?

I have the Paragard IUD. My period was a week and a half late, and now I'm bleeding heavily with large blood clots, the largest being about 2.5 inches in diameter.
