I swallowed a beer tab two days ago and still haven't passed it. I've been checking my poop and nothing is in it. I've only tried colace so far to keep things soft. Should I try castor oil or something else to help it move along?

My sister is experiencing excruciating pain, unrelated to side effects, with a history of back pain, stenosis, and degenerative disc disease. She had a laminectomy and diskectomy at L5 S1 in 1990. The pain started below the rib cage and has moved to the pelvic area, worse in the back. She had a non-clean catch urine analysis and an MRI without contrast. She believes it feels like a pinched nerve. How can we determine if it's a pinched nerve or something else, and what tests should be done to rule out other conditions like pancreatic cancer?
