I had a severe reaction to my third COVID vaccine, including unbearable palpitations and fast pulse four days after the shot. Despite normal EKG, blood tests, and a Zio patch, an echocardiogram showed a severely enlarged left atrium (LAE) at 5.1. However, subsequent tests and a chest x-ray did not support this finding, and I have no symptoms of LAE. I am experiencing panic attacks and am scared. What could be causing my symptoms?

What types of sleep medications help you fall asleep and stay asleep, and can natural methods or supplements be used in conjunction with these medications?

I think I might have an ear infection. My ear started hurting today, and I have a bit of a headache and am sensitive to loud noises. I am 25 years old, not currently using any medications, and have a history of ear infections as a child but haven't had one since getting surgery (tubes in ears). My nose isn't stuffy, I don't have a sore throat, and my ear isn't clogged, just painful. I don't have a fever but occasionally experience difficulty with balance/dizziness. There is no discharge, and I am not taking any medicines except for ibuprofen earlier, which didn't help much. The only physical condition I have is anemia.

I recently noticed a rash that started last Friday, along with a spot on my penis that looked like dry skin. The rash is not itchy or swollen, and I'm a 35-year-old male with no current medications. I had shingles in the past and may have had HPV in 2012. What could this rash be, and should my partner be concerned?

My last period was June 4th, and I have not had a period since then. Should I be concerned? What should I do?
