I have had a mild burning sensation in my penis for the last three months. 80% of the time I feel it, 20% of the time I don't feel it. When I am busy, I don't feel it. There is no discharge, no sour smell, no rash, and no pain while urinating. I am worried about what it could be, especially since I had unprotected oral sex once with my girlfriend. I have a ringing sound in my ear that I usually notice when it's very quiet, like before I go to sleep or when I wake up. I'm a 28-year-old female, and I think the ringing started a couple of weeks ago. I don't have any other illnesses that I'm aware of, and I'm not taking any medication. I have been sick with influenza A for 10 days, experiencing symptoms like sore throat, body aches, severe fatigue, cough, and tight chest. My hemoglobin level dropped from 14 to 11.5, and I was diagnosed with anemia. I have several autoimmune diseases and was wondering if the influenza virus or a bacterial infection could cause anemia, especially since my counts were fine a month ago.
