I have had a neurogenic bladder since childhood and have been on a suprapubic catheter since age 21. Recently, I have become incontinent, experiencing several 'wetting myself' episodes a day. I am taking Sanctura, which reduces the episodes to 1 or 2 in a 24-hour period. Do you think I'm a good candidate for the AMS artificial urinary sphincter, and could you explain the procedure to me?

I had a clean head CT in September, was diagnosed with TMJ a few years ago, and for the past week and a half, I have had headaches/pressure lasting all day, mostly in the back of my head when I lean forward or sneeze, and in both temples and neck pain. I also have bad sinus pain, but the doctor said my sinuses are clear. I am 6 months pregnant and have been over morning sickness for a while, but it has come back the last two weeks. Could this be a brain tumor or an aneurysm? I have vertigo and my eyes feel funny. Thank you, Lauryn.
