I have had a septoplasty and FESS surgery. Since then, I have experienced various symptoms including a cold feeling in my nasal cavity, tooth pain, popping sensations, thick mucous, and difficulty tolerating temperature changes. I have also had issues with dryness, inflammation, and nerve pain. What could be causing these symptoms and how can they be addressed?

I have a history of smoking but quit 11 years ago, and had a clean thorax CT scan with contrast in December 2020. This morning, I experienced pain in my left shoulder that radiates down to my arm and hand, which I have had occasionally before.
