I have had black little specks in my stool randomly for a long time. Is that concerning? Only other symptoms are some abdominal pain sometimes but not every day. My diet is not clean. Sometimes they are bigger and more, sometimes they are smaller. I also had some light spotting for a couple of days about 4 days after my period in two separate months (April and June), and I have had burning after I pee for at least a year randomly not continuously. No urgency to pee or pain when peeing, just the burning. Is that a cancer concern or just hormonal? Just basically wondering if that’s hormonal or could be a sign of endometrial or cervical cancer. Normal pap in 2020.
