I have had chronic pain/cramping on the left side of my body for five years. It is intermittent and seems to be related to my spine, radiating from my neck to my butt and occasionally to my foot or ear. I've had ultrasounds that showed no issues with my abdominal organs, and I had breast implants a month before the pain started. Could this be related to a spinal/muscle issue, a pinched nerve, or something else?

I was driving and got exposed to intense UV rays around midday, resulting in a dark spot on my lower lip that has since grown in circumference. The hyperpigmentation has now spread to other parts of my lower lip and seems to worsen with the consumption of iron-rich foods like spinach.
