I have had constant back pain since July 2020, which was initially worse but has since stabilized at a 7 out of 10 on the pain scale. The pain is most severe when I lean backward or forward, and it feels like a shooting pain. I have not experienced numbness, muscle weakness, or increased fatigue. My medical history includes only past respiratory infections, and recent tests show slight inflammation around the L2, L3, and L4 vertebrae, but no structural damage. I have tried steroids, a back brace, and rest, but the pain persists. What could be causing this pain, and what further steps should I take?

My 8-year-old son has been experiencing intermittent headaches for the past couple of weeks, mostly in the late afternoon or early evening. The headaches are not severe and do not require medication. He is very active in sports, and we are keeping him well hydrated due to the hot weather. He recently started wearing glasses and has seasonal allergies with sneezing and a runny nose. We are concerned about a possible brain tumor or other serious health issues. Does this sound alarming?

I had a concussion three days ago after tripping and falling onto cement. I felt nauseous and dizzy the day after the fall, but now only have a mild headache and a tingling sensation in my arm. The arm that hurts is the shoulder that broke my fall. What could be causing the tingling, and should I be concerned about it being a sign of a more serious issue like paralysis?
