What might be causing a sudden increase in iron levels and how concerned should I be? I recently started eating a bag of raw broccoli a day but other than that, I don't think I've been eating a lot of iron-containing foods.

I had a concussion three days ago after tripping and falling onto cement. I felt nauseous and dizzy the day after the fall, but now only have a mild headache and a tingling sensation in my arm. The arm that hurts is the shoulder that broke my fall. What could be causing the tingling, and should I be concerned about it being a sign of a more serious issue like paralysis?

I have constant hard flutters of my heart, which happen at least 20 or more times every day. I am a 22-year-old female with no family history of heart disease. I have no loss of consciousness, no breathlessness, no chest pain radiating to the left hand or jaw, no excessive sweating, no swelling of the feet, and normal urine output. The palpitations are not caused by anxiety but worsen it. They occur regardless of my position (laying, sitting, standing, or walking) and have lasted for about 8 months. I am scared and looking for relief or a general idea of what could be going on.

Is a 4th generation HIV test conclusive at 12 weeks, and can it be affected by previous infections, post-exposure prophylaxis, stress, or the COVID vaccine?

I've been experiencing vision jumping in my peripheral vision for several years, which has become more frequent and now occurs daily. I also feel nauseous at times and have noticed issues with my eyesight, such as blurriness and difficulty driving at night. I have a history of type 2 diabetes, meningitis, and PCOS, and I'm currently taking metformin and fluoxetine. Additionally, I've had recent issues with a tight forehead/temple area, which was initially diagnosed as a sinus infection. I'm concerned that these symptoms might be related and potentially serious. What could be causing these vision issues and what should I do?

I have had a debilitating mental health condition for the past year due to PTSD. I’m 22 years old male. I’ve had a fear of cancer at first growing in my mouth, then on my tongue, and the new fixation has been towards the left side of my neck. I’ve had no symptoms of anything apart from a dull pulled sensation in my neck. I had a lymph node I could feel under my skin but doctors told me it’s normal if your digging into your skin to find nodules in those areas, and reassured me there is no dangers. I’m ready to move on with my life, I’ve almost quit drugs entirely. I’ve found a job (2 I’ve lost due to my fears) and had a realization yesterday. My question would be at this rate from having this mental illness and having dwelled upon something for a year, if there has been no changes in the sensation or weight loss or blood or anything associated with cancer would you say I should no longer worry and start taking medications my doctor has insisted on me taking? I want to turn my life around.
