I've been experiencing vision jumping in my peripheral vision for several years, which has become more frequent and now occurs daily. I also feel nauseous at times and have noticed issues with my eyesight, such as blurriness and difficulty driving at night. I have a history of type 2 diabetes, meningitis, and PCOS, and I'm currently taking metformin and fluoxetine. Additionally, I've had recent issues with a tight forehead/temple area, which was initially diagnosed as a sinus infection. I'm concerned that these symptoms might be related and potentially serious. What could be causing these vision issues and what should I do?

I have had a debilitating mental health condition for the past year due to PTSD. I’m 22 years old male. I’ve had a fear of cancer at first growing in my mouth, then on my tongue, and the new fixation has been towards the left side of my neck. I’ve had no symptoms of anything apart from a dull pulled sensation in my neck. I had a lymph node I could feel under my skin but doctors told me it’s normal if your digging into your skin to find nodules in those areas, and reassured me there is no dangers. I’m ready to move on with my life, I’ve almost quit drugs entirely. I’ve found a job (2 I’ve lost due to my fears) and had a realization yesterday. My question would be at this rate from having this mental illness and having dwelled upon something for a year, if there has been no changes in the sensation or weight loss or blood or anything associated with cancer would you say I should no longer worry and start taking medications my doctor has insisted on me taking? I want to turn my life around.

I have a medical scan result of my father that I need an interpretation for. The scan shows diffuse atrophic changes with proportionate enlargement of the ventricular system, sulci, and cisternal spaces. The cerebral hemispheres show an intact gray-white matter interface, and the basal ganglia, thalami, sella, parasellar region, pituitary gland, cerebellum, brainstem, and cerebellopontine angles are within normal limits. No intra-axial or extra-axial lesion or collection is noted. The major intracranial vessels of the circle of Willis are patent with normal parenchymal and meningeal enhancement pattern post-contrast administration. My father is 85 years old and has symptoms including memory loss, inability to communicate meaningfully, incontinence, and inability to perform daily activities independently. These symptoms started about 3 years ago and have advanced gradually. We initially thought it was due to aging, but I am concerned it might be something else. Could you please interpret the scan results and suggest what might be causing these symptoms?

My boyfriend and I had sex four days ago using a condom that slipped off inside me just before he ejaculated. I am not on any birth control and took Plan B one step three days later. My period is due tomorrow, but I noticed a red discharge after taking Plan B, which made me think my period was starting. Today, there is no sign of my period, and I am worried about the possibility of pregnancy.
